Dining Around at Miss Barlow's Cafe

Posted on 07/31/2017 by TheTourismBureau
Miss Barlow's Cafe in Martinsville proves that any dream is attainable. Owners, Beth and Alisha, are former teachers who hung up their pencils and rulers for aprons last year. They both had a dream to own their own restaurant and they made it into a reality. The name pays homage to their former career and "Barlow" is a combination of both of their last names. Upon first entering the restaurant it felt so homey. There were adorable decorations throughout the place which come┬áto find out, were all for sale as part of the gift shop. The food was magnificent! Dan decided to go with the Horseshoe, Jon had a burger, and Tiffany went with the special, beef tips and noodles. Everything tasted like it was made with love and was all homemade. Perhaps our favorite part of the meal was the desserts. We had a strawberry rhubarb pie with ice cream and cheesecake. The cheesecake was definitely┬ásomething we will be back for! It tasted so fresh had had the perfect amount of sweet in it! If you are out in our Eastern Territories you have to make sure you stop by Miss Barlow's Cafe, you won't be sorry!   Click here to request us to come to your restaurant!
