Set in the rolling countryside near Maryville, the vineyard grows Corot Noir, Noiret, Vignoles, Norton and Traminette grapes. A perfect location for events with accommodations for groups up to 300.
Our own special recipe of Frozen Custard, plus the “old-timers” method of freezing. The custard and the lite are fed into a freezing barrel and forced out of the machine down a slide into a dipping container. The product is served fresh from the machine and not hardened. Unlike other soft serve machines, our method doesn’t “pump up” the product – that is, add too much air.
